摘　　要：目的:总结近20年来毛脉酸模化学成分及其相关成分的活性研究进展。方法:查阅近年来关于毛脉酸模化学成分研究及其相关成分生物活性研究的国内外的相关文献资料。结果:毛脉酸模中含有二苯乙烯类,蒽醌类,萘衍生物类,黄酮类,多糖类等多种化学成分。现代药理学研究表明,这些化学成分具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒等多种生物活性。结论:毛脉酸模化学成分的研究逐步在深入化和系统化,并且分离鉴定技术也正日渐完善,其中有很多的成分均为首次从毛脉酸模的根中分离得到的。毛脉酸模化学成分及其相关成分生物活性的研究,为进一步揭示毛脉酸模的药理作用及其在体内的药代动力学研究乃至后期的临床疗效研究将提供有力的科学依据。Objective：The research progress on chemical constituents of Rumex Gmelini Turcz and their active constituents is reviewed.Method：Retrieve documentary materials of the related fields in the recent years.Results：Rumex Gmelini Turcz contained stilbenes,anthraquinones,naphthalene derivatives,flavonoids,polysaccharides and other chemical components.Modern pharmacological studies had shown that these chemicals had anti-tumor,anti-bacterial,anti-viral and other biological activities.Conclusion：The research of chemical constituents of Rumex Gmelini Turcz and their active constituents is further studied.Its identification technology is perfecting.A plenty of chemical constituents are isolated from this plant for the first time.It provides a scientific basis for revealing the pharmacological and pharmacokinetic actions of Rumex Gmelini Turcz.
