摘　　要：本研究认为"管理风险"是文化产业园风险管理体系不可忽视的重要组成之一,而"人才风险"又在文化产业园的"管理风险"中占据着至关重要的位置,同时,研究"人才风险"的最终结果是明确提出文化产业园的"人才资源战略"。因此,本文主要通过研究文化产业园的人才需求分类,并结合北京部分文化行业的人才资源现状,最终提出针对我国文化产业园发展而必须实施的人才战略。This study suggests that ＂risk management＂ is an important component of the cultural industry cluster risk management system, that cannot be ignored, and the ＂risk＂ in the cultural industry park of the ＂risk management＂ occupies a crucial position. At the same time, the ＂talent risk＂ is clearly put forward the human resource strategy of Cultural Industry cluster . Therefore, this paper mainly through the talent demand classification of Cultural Industry Park, and combined with the present situation of human resources of Beijing part of the cultural industry, finally puts forward for China＇s cultural industry park development and must implement talent strategy.
