地奥司明片联合牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎  

Diosmin Tablets Plus Niuhuang Zhiqing Suppository for Anal Sinusitis

摘　　要：为观察地奥司明片联合牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎的疗效，将148例肛窦炎患者分为两组，治疗组76例采用口服地奥司明片，同时使用牛黄痔清栓纳肛治疗；对照组72例采用温盐水坐浴，然后给予牛黄痔清栓纳肛治疗，10d为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后对比观察两组的疗效。结果显示，治疗组的治愈率为61．8％，总有效率为93．4％；对照组治愈率为31．9％，总有效率为75．0％；两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结果表明，地奥司明片联合牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎有较好的疗效。This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of tory in treating anal sinusitis, 148 cases =76） received oral diosmin tablets and group （ n =72） received sitz bath with of anal sinusitis we diosmin tablets plus Niuhuang Zhiqing supposire divided into two groups.Treatment group （ n Niuhuang Zhiqing suppository inserted into the anus,while control warm salt water and then Niuhuang Zhiqing suppository inserted into the anus.One treatment course lasted 1 then compared for clinical efficacy.The resu lts showed rate was 93.4% in treatment group; while in control difference was found （ P 〈0.01）.It is concluded that shows better efficacy for anal sinusitis. that the curative rate group 31.9% and 75.0%, respectively; significantd ifference was found （ P〈0.01）.It is concluded that diosmin tablets plus Niuhuang Zhiqing suppository shows better efficacy for anal sinusitis.
