摘　　要：基于dsPIC4013单片机,设计了一套针对海上CEP平台含聚污水处理工艺流程的测控系统,并论述污水处理过程中温度、化学药剂添加量、电化学除油罐液位、斜管除油罐液位等关键工艺参数的控制方法,重点介绍了测控系统硬件设计和软件设计。测试表明,该系统具有良好的快速性、稳定性和可靠性,并提供友好的人机交互界面,方便现场人员操作实用。The paper is focused on the offshore CEP platform,a measurement and control system which is based on dsPIC4013 single chip microcomputer is designed,the control methods are introduced for the key process parameters in sewage treatment processing,such as temperature,the adding content of chemicals,the levels of the electrochemistry and the inclined tube oil removal tank,etc.Also the system's design of software and hardware is introduced.Testing shows that the system is fast,stable and reliable,as well as a friendly interactive interface for field personnel to operate easily.
