摘 要:背景适度的炎症反应是机体的一种保护性防御机制,而炎症反应失控会导致组织损伤。多不饱和脂肪酸衍生的脂类介质消退素具有抗炎症、促进炎症消退的功能,对肺部炎症性疾病,如急性肺损伤、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病等均有保护作用。目的通过总结近些年研究消退素在肺部炎性疾病中的作用,为其进一步研究奠定基础。内容介绍消退素的生成、分类及分子结构,总结消退素减轻肺部炎症的可能分子机制。趋向随着对消退素研究的深入,消退分子可能成为治疗肺部炎症性疾病的一种新型药物。Background Moderate inflammatory response is a kind of protective defense mechanism, however, uncontrolled inflammation may give rise to tissue damage. Resolvin, a kind of polyunsaturated fatty acid-derived lipid mediator, exhibit anti-inflammatory and pro-resolving functions, which can alleviate pulmonary inflammatiory diseases, such as acute lung injury, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Objective This review lay the foundations for the research of Resolvin in pulmonary inflammatory diseases. Content This review describes the production, classification and molecular structure of Resolvin. In addition, we summarize the mechanisms of Resolvin in reducing pulmonary inflammatory diseases. Trend With the development in resolvin research, it's possible that pro-resolving mediators be a new drug in the treatment of pulmonary inflammatory diseases.
