摘 要:目的运用定量CT研究老年女性腰椎间盘突出症患者和健康体检者腰椎骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)的差异,探讨骨密度对腰椎间盘突出症的影响。方法选取腰椎间盘突出症患者64例,健康体检者60例作为对照,使用定量CT(quantitative CT,QCT)测定两组人群腰椎相同部位骨密度,比较分析两组间、组内骨密度值。结果腰椎间盘突出症患者的骨密度值较对照组低,骨量减少及骨质疏松者在腰椎间盘突出症组所占比例较高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。腰椎间盘突出组中椎间盘邻近上下两椎体间骨密度有差异(P<0.05),而对照组则无明显差异。结论骨密度对腰椎间盘突出症有一定的影响,突出的椎间盘邻近两椎体骨密度存在某种特殊差异可能是造成椎间盘突出的一种原因。Objective To investigate the difference of the lumbar vertebra bone mineral density ( BMD) between elder female patients with lumbar disc herniation ( LDH) and healthy volunteers using quantitative computed tomography ( QCT) and to explore the effect of BMD on lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty-four patients with lumbar disc herniation and sixty healthy people were chosen.We used QCT to measure the BMD of the same lumbar vertebrae location in two groups.All the data were for statistical analysis.Results BMD in patients with lumbar disc herniation was lower than that in healthy volunteers.The proportion of osteopenia and osteoporosis in LDH group was more than that in control group ( P〉0.05) .BMD between the adjacent vertebral body was different in lumbar disc herniation group ( P〈0.05 ) , while no significant difference was found in the control group. Conclusion BMD has some impact on LDH.The difference in BMD between the of two adjacent vertebral may be the reason of the disc herniation.
