摘 要:目的探讨应用漏斗技术结合探针技术置入胸椎椎弓根螺钉在脊椎畸形矫形术中的实用性和安全性。方法 12例脊椎畸形患者接受了后路矫形固定术,在手术矫形过程中,胸椎椎弓根螺钉的置入均采用"漏斗技术结合探针技术",记录术中和术后并发症;术后常规复查X线片和CT,记录穿出骨皮质螺钉数目及距离。结果采用"漏斗技术结合探针技术"共置入胸椎椎弓根螺钉129枚,术后复查CT见129枚螺钉中2枚穿透椎弓根内侧壁,3枚螺钉穿破外侧壁;1枚螺钉穿透椎体前壁。Heary分级,其置钉准确性达96.12%。结论在脊椎畸形矫形术中,应用"漏斗技术结合探针技术"置入胸椎椎弓根螺钉的方法是实用的、安全的。Objective To evaluate the practical applicability and security of thoracic pedicle screw placement by using funnel and probe technique for surgery of spinal deformity. Methods The clinical data of 12 patients who had undergone posterior correction and instrumentation by using funnel and probe technique to insert thoracic pedicle screws were analyzed. Placement process and postoperative complications were reviewed. The screw position cortical perforation number and distance were evaluated with X-ray and CT in all patients at early stage. Results 1 29 thoracic pedicle screws were inserted by the funnel and probe technique,and all screws were scanned by CT postoperatively. 2 screws penetrated the medialis cortical wall of pedicles,3 screws penetrated laterally,and 1 screw violated the vertebral anterior wall. The placement accuracy rate was 96.12% according to Heary scales. Conclusion The method of thoracic pedicle screws placement by funnel and probe technique is safe and applicable.
