摘　　要：目的探讨小切口单边固定扩大开窗椎间融合治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2009-06-2013-03采用小切口单边固定扩大开窗椎间融合治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症36例完整的随访资料,术前术后采用VAS,ODI进行评分,根据X线片或CT检查评价椎间植骨融合的进展。结果术后VAS,ODI评分较术前均得到明显的改善;其中优24例,良9例,可3例,优良率91.60%。结论小切口单边固定扩大开窗椎间融合治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症,采用有限减压有限骨质切除,尽可能保留小关节突,较好地重建了脊柱序列和稳定性,是一种比较理想的微创手术方式。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of the only one side pedicle instrumentation combined with interbody fusion using small incision for treatment of the recurrence of lumbar disc herniation. Methods From June 2009 to March 2013,36 cases suffered from the recurrence of lumbar disc herniation were treated using small incision with the only one side pedicle instrumentation combined with interbody fusion.VAS and ODI were measured at preoperation and last follow-up. Results There were significant differences in VAS,ODI between preoperation and last follow-up（P〈0.05）. The postoperative outcomes showed excellent in 24 cases（91.60%）,good in9 cases（25.00%）,fair in 3 cases（0.08%）. Conclusion The only one side pedicle instrumentation combined with interbody fusion is an ideal method for the treatment of the recurrence of lumbar disc herniation,by limited decompression bone resection and keeping small articular process as much as possible,spinal sequence and the stability of spinal is better to be rebuilt.
