摘　　要：目的观察射频热凝纤维环成形术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法 2010-10-2012-10共采用射频热凝纤维环成形术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛患者65例。结果术后VAS评分较术前有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),术后6个月和12个月评分较术后7 d无明显反弹(P>0.05)。按照Mac Nab评分标准,12个月随访时优29例,良31例,可5例,总有效率100%,优良率92%。结论射频热凝纤维环成形术是治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的有效、微创的方法。Objective To investigate the short-term outcome of radiofrequency thermal annuloplasty in the treatment of discogenic low back pain. Methods 65 cases with discogenic low back pain were treated with radiofrequency thermal anuloplasty from Oct. 2010 to Oct. 2012. Results All cases were followed-up for 12 months. The preoperative VAS score was（6.24±0.97）,VAS scores of postoperative 7 d,1 month,6 months and 12 months were（2.49±0.81）,（2.33±0.70）,（2.42±0.67）,（2.38±0.82）,respectively,which decreased significantly compared with preoperative VAS（P〈0.01）.There were no significant differences in VAS score among postoperative 7 days,6 months and 12 months. There were 29 cases in excellent,good in 31 cases,fair in 5 cases according to Mac Nab score system. The total effective rate was 100%,and the excellent and good rate was 92%. Conclusion Radiofrequency thermal annuloplasty is an effective,minimally invasive treatment for discogenic low back pain.
