摘  要:对数控机床主轴用40Cr钢进行了激光表面淬火处理,并研究了激光功率和扫描速度对钢硬度和显微形貌的影响。结果表明,随着激光输出功率或扫描速度的增加,钢表面硬度均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,并分别在1 500 W和1 100 mm/min时达到峰值。随着激光功率的增加,试样表面逐渐出现微熔化现象,金属表面附着颗粒的数量开始增多。另外,经过激光热处理后的试样截面组织为马氏体和少量的残余奥氏体。The 40 Cr steel used in CNC machine spindle was quenched by laser surface treatment, and the effect of laser power and scan rate on the hardness and microstructure of the steel was investigated. The results show that the surface hardness of the steel increases first and then decreases with the increase of the laser power or scan rate, and the hardness of the steel is maximal at 1 500 W or 1 100 mm/min. The micro melting on the steel surface appears gradually, and the number of the particles on the steel surface increases with the increase of the laser power. Furthermore, the cross-sectional microstructure of the steel treated by the laser is made of martensite and a little remained austenite.
