摘  要:研究了合金化时间和温度对含钛超低碳镀锌板镀层抗粉化性能和合金相组织的影响。结果表明,含钛超低碳热镀锌板合金化最佳工艺为温度510-525℃,保温15-20 s。铁含量为8%-10%,镀层多数为δ相,以及少量Γ相和ζ相组成。合金化温度越高,镀层铁含量越大;合金化时间延长,镀层铁含量同样增大。而且温度越高,合金化速度越快。The effect of alloying time and temperature on resistance to pulverization performance of the coating and the microstructure of the ultra-low carbon steel plate containing titanium was investigated. The results show that the optimum process of ultra-low carbon hot galvanized sheet containing titanium is the temperature of 510-525 ℃, the holding time of15-20 s. The iron content of the coating is 8%-10%, and the coating are made of a a large amount of phase δ and a few phases Γ and ζ. The higher the alloying temperature, the more the iron content in the coating. And the iron content in the coating also increases with the increase of alloying time. And the higher the temperature, the faster the alloying.
