摘　　要：针对油式模温机预热、冷却速度慢,矿物油易泄露、老化,影响作业效率的问题,自主研发了一套最高加热温度150℃、压力为0.7 MPa、流量60 L/min的水式模温控制设备。该设备具有4个主要功能：模具预热与自动温控,模具冷却,自动补水,自动稳压。实际应用结果表明：对模具预热相同的时间,设备可将模具预热至更高的温度,高出油式模温机25.9-49.1℃;将模具预热至相同的温度,设备所需时间更短,较油式模温机缩短了10.3 min以上,更加节能。Aimed at the problems of oil-type die temperature control equipment in slow preheating and cooling, mineral oil prone to leak, aging and affecting operational efficiency, a water-type die temperature control equipment was developed with maximum heating temperature 150℃, pressure 0.7 MPa, flow 60 L/min. The equipment has four main functions： die preheated and temperature automatic control; die cooling; water charging automatically; pressure stabling automatically.The application results show, compared with oil-type die temperature control equipment, under the same preheating time,the water-type die temperature control equipment can get the higher die temperature, that is higher than the 25.9- 49.1 ℃;under the same preheating temperature of the die, the water-type die temperature control equipment takes less time, shorten time is over 10.3 min, saving more energy.
