摘　　要：人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)已成功用于骨关节炎和类风湿性关节炎等膝关节疾患的终末期治疗,尽管TKA治疗严重膝关节疾病技术上已经非常成熟,但术后仍有不少患者出现持续性的膝关节疼痛。这种疼痛症状绝大多数与手术相关或因技术失误造成,通常需要外科干预。只有对疼痛原因有了准确地判断,才能正确评估手术及其他因素,并做出恰当处理。本文通过对人工全膝关节置换术后膝关节疼痛原因进行综述,旨在为更好地了解疼痛发生原因,降低疼痛发生率提供帮助。Total knee arthroplasty（TKA） has been successfully applied for the treatment of the knee pathology at the end stage such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Although TKA has became a very mature technology,some patients still suffer from the persistent pain after surgery. The cause of this pain have been recognized as the operation or technical error in most cases,and it usually requires a surgical intervention. Only when the cause of pain is judged accurately,can the operation and other factors be estimated correctly,determining the appropriate treatment methods. In the article,the causes of the postoperative pain after TKA are reviewed,which may be helpful to study the causes of the pain,and to decrease the occurrence incidence of pain.
