摘  要:以直流有刷电机为控制对象,选用H型双极性可逆PWM调速方案,设计数字化直流电机控制系统。该系统以专用电机控制芯片dsPIC30F6010A为主控制器,完成了双闭环电机调速方案的数字化实现,并实现了支持Modbus协议的触摸屏与微处理器之间的RS-485通信。实验结果表明:该控制系统具有良好的调速性能和便捷的人机交互性能,由于硬件设计简单且工作可靠,在送丝机控制系统中取得了良好的控制效果。Based on dsPIC30F6010A which was specifically designed for the digital motor control, the digital DC-motor control system which adopting H-mode bipolar reversible PWM speed-governing method was devel- oped to drive a DC brush motor and to digitalize double closed-loop speed regulation as well as to realize RS- 485 communication between micro-processor and touch panel which supporting Modbus protocol. The experi- mental results indicate that excellent speed-adjusting performance and friendly operation interface can be a- chieved in this system, and the system' s simple circuit structure and high reliability can bring about a favora- ble effect in wire-feeding control device.
