摘 要:粉煤灰作为主剂,加入悬浮剂、固化剂和助剂,制得一种高温堵剂.在稠油油藏火驱开采条件下分析各组分浓度对堵剂固化时间和固化强度的影响,得到最佳堵剂配方为:粉煤灰质量分数40%,悬浮剂MAC质量分数0.25%,固化剂GH质量分数3.0%~5.0%,助剂质量分数0.08%.通过性能影响实验和单管岩心流动实验对该堵剂进行性能评价,实验结果表明,该堵剂在高温高盐条件下稳定性好,在350℃下老化180d后固化强度仍保持在F级.岩心封堵率在99%以上,最高突破压力梯度为35.31MPa/m,连续注水12.68PV,压力呈较小波动.该堵剂能长期有效封堵高温油藏高渗层窜流通道.High temperature plugging agent was produced using the fly ash as the main agent, adding suspen- sion agent, curing agent and additives. In the condition of fire flooding in heavy oil reservoir, the effects of each componenes concentration of plugging agent on curing time and curing strength was analyzed. The optimum formula of the plugging agent were as follows., fly ash mass fraction 40%, the mass fraction of suspending agent MAC 0.25 %, the mass fraction of curing agent GH 3.0 % - 5.0 %, additive mass fraction 0.08 %. Through the performance experiment and single core flow experiment to evaluation the plugging agent performance, the experimental results showed that the plugging agent in high temperature and high salt conditions has good stability. At 350℃ aging 180 days curing strength is still maintained at F level, core plugging rate was more than 99%, the breakthrough pressure gradient is 35.31MPa/m, continuous injection of 12.68 PV, the pressure fluctuation is small. The plugging agent can effectively and long plugged high permeability layer channeling of high-temperature reservoir.
