2012-2013年张家口地区禽种源性疫病的流行病学调查

摘　　要：为了解张家口地区禽种源性疫病的流行情况,从张家口地区的3个大型养鸡场采集育成鸡、产蛋鸡和1日龄幼雏的血清共1 400份进行抗体检测,并对养鸡场种鸡所产种蛋孵化后弱雏进行调查。结果表明,张家口地区3个规模化养鸡场的种源性疫病主要是由鸡白痢、大肠杆菌、禽波氏杆菌、鸡滑液囊支原体及禽白血病病毒和传染性贫血病病毒引起。To observe epidemiology of the avian embryo disease,1400serum samples were detected.The samples were collected from 30-40day-old chickens,laying hens and 1day-old chickens from three large-scale breeder farms in Zhangjiakou area.The results showed the avian embryo disease on these farms was caused bypullorum disease,E.coli,Bordetella avium,Bursa synovialis mycoplasma,avian leukemia virus and contagious anaemia virus.
