摘　　要：分析直接调制技术的优点,阐述其原理和指标。在此基础上设计一种基于谐波混频方式实现的Ka频段直接调制器,并对实物进行测试验证。实测结果表明,直接调制器的性能指标均满足工程要求,可直接应用于卫星通信系统中。This paper analyzes the advantages of direct modulation technology, and expounds the theory and performance. A Ka-band direct modulator based on the harmonic mixer is designed and tested. Experimental results show that, the direct modulator＇s performance can meet the engineering requirements, and the modulator can be directly applied to the satellite communication system.
