摘　　要：本文通过风险识别,风险评估和风险应对这三种方法,对网络招投标中可能存在的风险进行了分析。针对网络招投标双方,分别建立适用于它们自身的风险评估指标体系。利用模糊层次分析法,对网络招投标双方的风险评估模型进行构建,结合德尔菲法,通过Yaahp软件,确定各个指标的权重,进而找出对网络招投标双方产生较大影响的风险因素,最后利用风险应对的方法,提出了降低招投标双方风险的对策。In this paper,through risk identification,risk assessment and risk response of the three methods,to the network incurs the possible risk in bidding are analyzed.In view of the network bidding parties,risk evaluation index system are established is suitable for their own.Using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the network bidding risk assessment model on both sides of the building,combined with the delphi method,through the Yaahp software,to determine the weight of each index,and then find out the risk factors of bidding parties have a greater impact on the network bidding,finally be the solution to the use of risk,put forward to reduce the risk of bidding strategies and bidding.
