中国医院进行JCI认证的意义和挑战分析

摘　　要：JCI认证是世界卫生组织认可的认证模式。通过对我国医院JCI认证的作用和意义进行探讨,指出JCI认证是医院走向国际医疗市场的通行证,能有效地增强全院全员的质量安全意识,建立起适合医院的质量标准和操作流程,提高医院同质服务水准,提高医院内涵,促进品牌提升。同时,JCI申评和认证需要面对如标准理解困难、医院具体落实困难、高标准后勤保障、申评花费较高、国情体制差异等因素。JCI是一项系统工程,在我国医院是可行的,认证是有条件的,医院管理者应结合实际看待JCI认证。JCI accreditation standard has been certified as an attestation mode by WHO.Through retrospective analysis of the hospitals with JCI accreditation in the Mainland of China,it shows that JCI accreditation makes the bridge to the international market for the health care institutions from al1 around the world.JCI accreditation will strengthen staff′s awareness of quality safety, set up quality standard and operational procedure, and improve connotation to promote brand lift. Problems in JCI accreditation include the high cost of certification, difficulty to understand and carry out JCI standards and lagging rear service and national system difference. Carrying out JCI, a system project accreditation of hospitals in China, and hospital managers should treat JCI accreditation in conjunction with the actual practice.
