摘 要:FCC汽油中硫化物杂质的选择性脱除是汽油产品质量升级的关键.介绍近年来中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)针对国家汽油产品质量升级开发的FCC汽油选择性加氢脱硫OCT-M系列技术.OCT-M系列技术总体的工艺流程是首先对全馏分FCC汽油进行轻、重组分切割,然后分别对轻组分和重组分采用无碱脱臭和选择性加氢脱硫的加工方式处理.此外,在催化剂制备技术的进步及对选择性加氢脱硫反应工艺过程的深刻理解的基础上,重汽油选择性加氢脱硫部分先后开发了FGH-20/FGH-11,FGH-21/FGH-31和ME-1选择性加氢脱硫催化剂及配套工艺技术,有效地提高了FCC汽油加氢脱硫的选择性,降低了该过程汽油产品的辛烷值损失,可根据炼油厂的不同需求生产满足国Ⅲ、国Ⅳ、国Ⅴ标准的清洁汽油产品,其中最新的OCT-ME技术在湛江东兴石化的工业应用结果表明,处理硫质量分数444~476 μg/g、烯烃体积分数30.2% ~ 30.5%的MIP汽油时,精制汽油产品硫质量分数8.9~9.5 μg/g,RON损失仅为1.6~1.9个单位,表现出了优异的反应性能.Selective desulfurization of sulfides impurities in FCC naphtha plays a critical role in upgrading of gasoline product. In this paper, OCT-M series selective hydrodesulfurization technology for FCC naphtha upgrading developed by SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals (FRIPP) is re- viewed. In OCT-M series process, FCC naphtha is first split into light catalytic naphtha (LCN) and heavy cat- alytic naphtha HCN, and then the two fractionations are treated in sodium-free unit and selective hydrodesulfu- rization unit respectively. In addition, based upon the technology progress in catalyst preparation techniques and deeper understanding in selective hydrodesulfuriation reaction process, the FGH-20/FGH-11, FGH-21/ FGH-31 and ME-1 series selective hydrodesulfurization catalysts and associated process technologies have been successfully developed. As the results, the hydrodesulfurization selectivity has been effectively improved, the octane number loss of naphtha in desulfurization process has been reduced and clean gasoline meeting GB m, IV, V standards are produced. The application of the latest OCT-M series technology in the petrochemical plant of Zhanjiang Dongxing Petrochemical Company demonstrates that, when the MIP gasoline with A.A.A. ~ 476 ppm sulfur and 30.2% ~30.5% olefin, the sulfur in treated gasoline product is reduced to 8.9 -9.5 ppm and the RON loss is only 1.6 -1.9 units. The OCT-M series technology exhibits excellent reaction performance.
