论灾后青少年心理重建中家庭社会工作理论的运用

摘　　要：在灾后青少年的心理重建中引入家庭社会工作,不仅可以有效地改善家庭内部的经济、互动、关系以及能力状况,更能有效地促进家庭外在社会支持,最终促进青少年的心理康复与重建。具体来说,家庭系统理论、生态系统理论以及家庭复原力理论对灾后青少年的心理重建具有重要意义,并由此发展出具体而有效的介入理念与策略。Carrying on family social work in the adolescent psychological reconstruction after disaster, that is not only benifit of improving the domestic economy, interaction, relationship and capability of family,but also promoting the famili's social work. Lastly, that can process the adolescent psychological reconstruction after disaster. Specifically, those family theories have play the importan role for adolesecent psychological reconstruction after disaster including of family systems theory, ecological-system theoryand family resilience theory, and have developed the special interventional ideas and strategies.
