摘　　要：本文从理性选择理论视角,对北京街家庭服务中心与广州XY教育咨询有限公司合作案例进行分析,探讨社会工作机构与营利性组织间的关系建立与维护操作模式,指出模式中关系建立初期、关系巩固、关系发展三个阶段的工作流程及其关注要点,提出完善社会工作组织与合作企业关系建立与维护的相关对策与建议。This article is based on Rational Choice Theory, by analyzing the successful case between Beijingjie Family Service Centre and Jachison Education Consultancy(GZ) Limited Company, to research the general pattern for maintaining the relationship between the social work agency and the profit organization, clear the work process and concerns during the early time when the relationship established, the period when the relationship deepened and consolidated, and the period of development, and discuss the way how the social work agency to accomplish local operation.
