摘　　要：目的:对肺宁胶囊中氢醌TLC鉴别方法进行优化。方法:对3种TLC鉴别方法进行对比研究,对比提取方法、展开剂和显色剂。结果:以超声提取法制备供试品溶液,展开剂为三氯甲烷-丙酮(7∶3)、10%铁氰化钾水溶液和2%三氯化铁水溶液的混合溶液(1∶1)为显色剂获得的TLC图谱清晰。结论:所建立的方法简便、可靠,可用于肺宁胶囊中氢醌的质量控制。Objective： To optimize the method of TLC Identification for Senecio Cannabifolius hydroquinone of Feining Capsules. Methods： three TLC identification methods were studied by comparing the method of extraction, development and chromogenic. Results： Test sample solution were prepared by ultrasonic extraction method. By usinng the development of chloroform-acetone （ 7 ： 3 ）, the chromogenic of 10% potassium ferricyanide and 2% ferric chloride aqueous mixed solution（ 1：1 ）, the TLC chromatogram were fairly clear. Conclusion： The established method was simple and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Feining Capsules.
