摘　　要：预制装配式混凝土结构是建筑工业化的一种重要结构形式,在我国正迎来新的发展高潮。首先介绍了预制装配式混凝土结构的国内外应用现状,主要包括规范体系和工程实例。然后针对不同框架结构体系和剪力墙结构体系,介绍其研究和应用现状。预制装配式结构的重点是节点的连接,介绍了不同节点连接方式。Precast concrete structure is a main branch of housing industrialization, which is having a new developing tide in China. The present research and application of precast concrete structure, including the codes and engineering examples, is stated in the first part of this paper. Then, the present research and application of different frame structural systems and shell wall structural systems are classified and stated. The connection of precast concrete structure is essential for the whole structure. The different connections are also summarized.
