摘  要:利用普通无缝钢管通过冷滚压工艺研制了一种新型钢筋连接用灌浆套筒。采用该套筒设计制作了5个接头试件并进行了单向拉伸试验,研究该灌浆套筒连接的结构性能和工作机理。研究结果表明,钢筋锚固长度取8倍钢筋直径时,试件均为钢筋断裂破坏,接头抗拉强度与钢筋抗拉强度标准值的比值fu/fbuk≥1.10,满足《钢筋机械连接技术规程》JGJ107—2010中的I级接头单向拉伸强度要求;套筒内腔结构对套筒的约束机理及应变分布有显著影响,套筒应变分布与内腔结构对应,在光滑段和变形段表现出不同的规律;套筒变形段对灌浆料的约束主要来自内壁环肋处相互挤压力的竖向分力,光滑段对灌浆料的约束取决于灌浆料劈裂变形的大小。A new type of grouted sleeve was developed with standard seamless steel tube by cold rolling depression. Five coupler specimens were prepared with the sleeve and tested under incremental tensile load and the structural performance and working mechanism of the splice were studied. The test results show that if the development length equals to eight times of the bar diameter, bar fracture failure mode can be achieved. The strength of the splices meets the requirement of 110 percent of the specified tensile strength of the spliced bar for Class I splice in Technical specification for mechanical splicing of steel reinforcing bars JGJ107—2010 . The inner cavity configuration of the grouted sleeve has great influence on the confining mechanism of the splice and on the strain distribution in the sleeve. The deformed part and smooth part of the sleeve exhibit different strain distribution rule. The confinements on the grout in deformed part are generated predominately by the radial component of the interaction between the annular ribs and the grout. However, the confinements in the smooth part are dominated by the magnitude of the grout splitting expansion.
