持续质量改进在儿科护理安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：探讨持续质量改进在儿科安全管理中的重要性。通过回顾性研究,分析影响儿科护理安全的因素,在制定和执行相应的护理安全管理措施外,通过运用持续护理质量改进机制,不断改进管理对策,加强对各环节质量的控制,对有效提高服务质量,保障患者安全,增加社会效益和经济效益起到重要作用。To discuss the importance of continuous quality improvement in management of pediatric safety. Through retrospective studies, we analyzed the factors affecting the safety of pediatric nursing, besides establishing and implementing the corresponding nursing safety management measures, by using the mechanism of continuous nursing quality improvement and improving management countermeasures, we strengthened the control of the quality of each stage. All the things mentioned above effectively improved the quality of medical service, ensured the safety of patients and increase benefits from both social and economic.
