石脑油反抽提再生碱液中二硫化物的工艺研究

摘　　要：分析了液化石油气(LPG)脱硫单元碱渣排放异常以及脱后LPG总硫含量超标的原因,采用加氢裂化装置的重石脑油作为反抽提溶剂,对再生后的碱液进行抽提脱除硫化物。研究结果表明:采用加氢裂化装置的重石脑油可有效地脱除碱液中的硫化物,既保证了LPG产品硫含量合格,又有效降低了脱硫碱渣的排放量。The reason of total sulfur content of LPG desulfurization unit which was disqualified and the LPG abnormal emissions is analysed. The process is to extract sulfide from regeneration alkaline solution with hydrocracking heavy naphtha. The result shows that the sulfide of alkaline solution could effectively be removed with hydroeracking heavy naphtha, which ensured the qualification of sulfur content of LPG products and reduced emission quantum of desulfurization residue effectively.
