摘　　要：结合中国石油化工股份有限公司九江分公司100 kt/a聚丙烯装置的实际特点,合理优化了现有资源,挖掘该装置在节能降耗方面的潜力。2013年通过采取工艺操作优化控制、技术改造、优化设备运行等措施,提高了产量,降低该装置能耗,实现企业效益最大化。SINOPEC Jiujiang company has a 100,000 tons/year polypropylene device which use localization monocyclic tube liquid phase bulk polymerization process. It was in combination with the practical characteristics of device; the optimization of the rational use of resources; the potential of mining equipment in energy conservation and loss reduction. It increased production, reduce the unit energy consumption, which realized the device and energy saving, enterprised benefit maximization by adopting process optimization control operation, technical innovation, optimization of equipment operation in 2013.
