清热通痹膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎滑膜炎症60例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热通痹膏治疗膝骨性关节炎滑膜炎症的临床疗效。方法:将120例符合诊断标准的患者,按就诊顺序分为观察组60例(给予外用清热通痹膏治疗),对照组60例(给予外用扶他林软膏治疗),并在治疗前后分别对两组进行膝关节疼痛VAS评分和WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分,同时进行综合疗效评估。结果:观察组患者膝关节疼痛VAS评分及WOMAC指数评分较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者的总有效率为93.3%,明显优于对照组的85.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热通痹膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎滑膜炎症的临床疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingre Tongbi ointment on knee osteoarthritis synovitis. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into Qingre Tongbi ointment group and Votalin ointment group, the efficacy were evaluated by WOMAC scale and VAS analog scale scores. Results WOMAC scores and VAS scores shown both of the two groups can decrease the arthritis in- dex and arthralgia （P 〈0. 01 ） . compared with Votalin group, the total effective rate of Qingre Tongbi oinment group （93.3%） is better than Votalin ointment group （85.8%）. Conclusion Qingre Tongbi ointmrnt is efficacy in treating early and mid -term senile knee osteoarthritis, especially more obvious in relieving pain, improving joint stiffness and daily activities of the patients.
