摘　　要：围绕建设工程安全文明施工费计价及调整的问题,分析了安全文明施工费及其相应的两种计价方式的内容和特点,探讨了不同计价方式下的安全文明施工费的调整机理、调整方法和调整效果,得出了清单计价方式优于总价计价方式的结论,并进一步从长远和当前两个阶段给出了安全文明施工费的计算和调整的建议。Around the valuation and adjustment problems of construction safe and civilized construction fee, this paper analyzed the contents and characteristics of safe and civilized construction fee and corresponding two valuation methods, discussed the adjustment mechanism, adjustment methods and effects of safe and civilized construction fee under different valuation modes, obtained the conclusion of list valuation was superior to total valuation way, and further from the long-term and current two stages gave the calculation and adjustment proposal of safe and civilized con- struction fee.
