摘　　要：目的研究半边旗有效成分贝壳杉烷型二萜类化合物5F对腹膜炎小鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)和细胞因子IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、MCP-1的影响。方法预先给予50和100 mg·kg-15F溶液3 d后,腹腔注射50 mg·kg-1酵母多糖建立腹膜炎模型,Griess法测一氧化氮含量,流式细胞术检测IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α和MCP-1的水平。结果与模型组比较,5F可以降低腹膜炎小鼠血清一氧化氮水平(P<0.05),减少IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α和MCP-1含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 5F可以有效减少酵母多糖诱导的腹膜炎小鼠血清一氧化氮、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10和MCP-1含量。Objective To investigate the effect of 5F,an extract from Pteris semipinnata L. serum NO and cytokine levels in zymosan A-induced peritonitis mice. Methods After pretreatment with 50 and 100 mg·kg-1 5F solution for 3 d,mice were intraperitoneal injection of 50 mg·kg-1 zymosan to induce peritonitis. The release of nitric oxide was meas-ured by a Griess reagent system. The serum levels of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αand MCP-1 were determined by flow cytome-try. Results Compared with model group,5F pretreatment could decrease the overproduction of NO,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αand MCP-1（P﹤0. 05 or P﹤0. 01）. Conclusion 5F could significantly reduce the serum level of NO,TNF- α,IL-6,IL-10 and MCP-1 in zymosan A-induced peritonitis mice.
