摘　　要：目的：建立痛经停膏中丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm ×250 mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水（30：10：1：59），流速为1.0 mL·min-1，测定波长为286 nm。结果丹酚酸B在0.525~2.625μg范围内与色谱峰峰面积呈良好线性关系，相关系数为0.9999，平均加样回收率为98.2％，RSD为0.81％。结论本方法简便可靠，准确灵敏，专属性强，能有效的控制痛经停膏的内在质量。Objective To establish a method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Tongjingting Oint-ment. Methods The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Diamonsil C18（4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm）,the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water（30：10：1：59）,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results Salvianolic acid B showed a good relationship with peak ar-ea at a range from 0. 525 μg to 2. 625 μg,and the correlation coefficients were 0. 999 9,the average recovery of scutellarin was 98. 2%（ RSD=0. 81%）. Conclusion The method was simple and reliable,accurate and sensitive and specific which can be used effectively for the quality control of Tongjingting Ointment.
