摘　　要：大型仪器设备在高职校实践性教学和科研中具有重要地位。从大型仪器设备购置可行性论证、开放共享现状和理念、人才队伍建设、维护和开发经费和绩效考核指标等方面,分析了存在的问题和原因,提出了高职校大型仪器设备绩效考核采取的的措施和办法。It plays an important role that large-scale instrument and equipment is practical teaching and scientific research in higher vocational school. The purchase of feasibility demonstration, open sharing status and idea, talent team construction, maintenance and development funds and index of performance appraisal from the aspects of large-scale instrument and equipment, analyzes the existing problems and causes, put forward the higher vocational school performance appraisal of large-scale instrument and equipment to take measures and methods.
