摘　　要：目的：观察体外冲击波对棘上韧带炎的疗效。方法对门诊收治的260例棘上韧带炎患者采用瑞士EMS公司Dolor Clast放散状冲击波治疗机进行标准治疗，治疗前详细记录患者的疼痛程度及症状，每个患者根据自身的经济状况选择疗程，每个疗程为3-5次，每周1次，每个患者疗程结束后，我们随访3个月，详细记录患者的疼痛程度及症状改善状况。结果临床治愈221例，优良率达到85%，30例腰部仍有不适，9例无效。结论体外冲击波对棘上韧带炎有很好的疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave on the Supraspinal Ligament inflammation. Methods 260 cases of spine on the clinic from ligament inflammation were treated by Swiss company EMS Dolor Clast radial shock wave to standard therapy treatment machine, before treatment were recorded in detail the degree of pain and symptoms, each patient according to their own economic situation choose courses, each course of treatment is 3 - 5 times, 1 times a week, the end of each patients after treatment, we followed up for 3 months, with records of patients pain and symptoms to improve the situation. Results The clinical cure in 221 cases, the excellent and good rate reached 85%, 30 cases of lumbar there are still unwell, 9 cases of invalid. Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave on the Supraspinal Ligament inflammation have a good effect.
