摘　　要：目的探讨急性肾小球肾炎的临床护理。方法对36例急进性能小球肾炎患者临床护理进行分析。结果所有急进性肾小球肾炎患者均获得满意效果。结论通过临床治疗及护理工作,使患者保护残余肾功能,防治急性肾功能衰竭。维持体液平衡,水肿消失,血压恢复正常。预防感染,保持皮肤完整性,无破溃、受损。配合治疗护理,树立战胜疾病的信心。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing of acute glomerulonephritis. Methods To analysis the 36 cases of rapidly acute glomerulonephritis patients nursing. Results All the patients with rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis obtained satisfactory results. Conclusion By clinical treatment and nursing,to protect the patients residual renal function,prevention of acute renal failure. Maintain fluid balance,edema disappeared,blood pressure returned to normal. To prevent infection,maintain skin integrity,no ulceration,damage. By treatment and nursing,the patients established the confidence to overcome the disease.
