摘　　要：目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者的溶栓治疗。方法选取30例急性心肌梗死患者溶栓治疗的资料进行分析。结果经溶栓治疗再通率为70%以上,出现并发症出血,低血压经治疗后均止血,血压恢复正常。结论急性心肌梗死经溶栓治疗为有效安全的治疗,对抢救生命提高患者生活质量有重要意义。Objective The thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infraction to be investigated. Methods Analyzing the thrombolytic therapy data selected from 30 cases of patients with acute myocardial infraction. Results The recanalization rate reaches to 70 percent after thrombolytic therapy, and complications bleeding are stopped and hypotension returns to be normal after being treated. Conclusion The effective and safety treatment of acute myocardial infraction is significant for patients to improve their quality of life.
