一例心理受挫致躯体形式障碍神经症的咨询案例报告

摘　　要：求助者甘某是一名异地打工者,初中与男同学发生冲突(具体不愿详述、伴回避),右手将其推倒受伤。自此患者阵发性右手活动不灵,多次当地诊治,相关检查正常。1月前暗恋有妇儿的男主管医师被拒绝,导致其出现一般心理问题,发现右手活动不灵加重,情绪非常焦虑,总想着这件事情、易哭,对主管男医师有敌意,纠结被拒原因。咨询师根据求助者的情况采用了合理情绪缓解疗法,经过4次咨询,求助者认识到自己的右手功能正常,不影响其工作、生活及爱情。引导其追求符合社会道德规范的爱情观,其情绪基本好转,右手功能活动正常,与同龄男性正常交往,咨询效果明显。The caller Gan is a long-distance migrant workers clashed with the male students,junior high school （specifically declined to elaborate,with avoidance）,the injured right handdown. Since patients with paroxysmal right activity is ineffective,many local treatment,were normal. January crush male physicians have children is denied,the general psychological problems,find the right activity is ineffective aggravating,feeling very anxious,always think this thing,easy to cry,hostile to the competent male physicians,tangled rejected reason. Consultant according to the patient＆#39;s condition with reasonable emotional ease therapy,after the 4 consultation,patient to realize his right hand function is normal,does not affect the work,life and love. Guide the pursuit of the social ethical view of love,the mood of the basic turn for the better,right hand normal functional activities,and male normal communication age,counseling effect.
