摘 要:为确保企业、工厂节能改造前各类能源消耗基数的可靠性,以及满足其节能改造后各类能源消耗量的可核查、可计量、可监测的要求,本文介绍了应用GPRS无线数据传输技术搭建智能云制控能源消耗监测系统管理平台。该方案可实现用户登录网络客户端,实时在线监测电耗、水耗、汽耗等能耗数据。此项技术已成功应用于安徽省凤阳县某玻璃瓶胆生产企业锅炉改造工程,实现了能耗数据实时、准确、安全的在线传输、查阅,工程实例表明推广该方案具有一定的可行性与必要性。In order to insure the reliability of energy consumption before engineering reform,and to make the energy consumption after engineering reform verifiable, quantifiable and monitorable, this paper introduces the application of GPRS wireless data transmission technology to build an intelligent cloud control Energy Consumption monitoring platform. This program allows users to monitor electricity consumption,water consumption and steam consumption real-time online. This program has been successfully applied in a glass bile manufacturer which seated in Fengyang silicon industry park, and it also shows the feasibility and necessity of promoting this program, eventually achieve a goal that we can convey and check the online energy consumnption data real-time,accurate and secure.
