摘 要:水基润滑液是实现绿色制造的有效途径之一,目前对蚕丝的润滑性能研究报道较少。为此,在蒸馏水中加入生丝分离出的丝素和丝胶,制备了2种水基润滑液。采用扫描电镜观察丝素的结构,采用原子力显微镜观察丝胶的结构;采用微摩擦仪评价2种水基润滑液的摩擦学性能,采用流变仪评价其流变性。结果表明:蒸馏水中添加丝素和丝胶颗粒均能提高其润滑性,且丝素的润滑性能优于丝胶;随着载荷增大,蒸馏水摩擦系数逐渐减小,丝素和丝胶水基润滑液摩擦系数均逐渐增大;随着滑动速度增大,3种体系摩擦系数均逐渐减小;蒸馏水中添加丝素和丝胶后仍为牛顿流体,但黏度增大。Fibroin and sericin were extracted from natural silk and separately added into distilled water to afford two kinds of water- based lubricants.The microstructure of the extracted fibroin was analyzed with a scanning electron microscope,and that of the extracted sericin was observed with an atomic force microscope.Moreover,a micro- friction test rig and a rheometer were separately performed to examine the lubricating performance and rheological behavior of as- obtained water-based lubricants.Results showed that both fibroin and sericin were able to improve the lubricating performance of distilled water,and fibroin exhibited better lubricating performance than sericin.Under the lubrication of the water- based lubricants,the friction coefficients rose with increasing load,and they tended to decline gradually with increasing sliding velocity.Moreover,the distilled water still remained newtonian fluid after the extracted fibroin or sericin was added,but the introduction of the fibroin and sericin led to increase in the viscosity of the distilled water.
