摘  要:为了为石油管材应用的选择提供参考,应用开路电位、动电位极化和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了3种低合金钢(J55钢、低Cr钢和Cr-Al钢)在60℃饱和CO_2的3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀电化学行为。结果表明:含Cr,Al的合金钢(Cr-Al钢)的开路电位较只含Cr的合金钢(低Cr钢)明显正移,而只含Cr的合金钢的开路电位又较不含Al,Cr的J55钢明显正移;Cr-Al钢的自腐蚀电流密度最小,腐蚀速率最低;随着时间的延长,3种低合金钢的腐蚀产物膜电阻均增大,且Cr-Al钢>低Cr钢>J55钢,相应的极化电阻也有相同的趋势。The electrochemical corrosion behavior of three kinds of low alloy steels(J55 steel,low Cr steel and Cr-Al steel) in 3.5%NaCl solution saturated with CO_2 at 60 ℃ was evaluated based on measurements of open circuit potential,potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectra so as to provide references for the selection of pipeline materials in practice.It was found that the open circuit potential of Cr- Al alloyed steel noticeably shifted positively as compared with that of low Cr steel,while the open circuit potential of low Cr steel obviously shifted positively as compared with that of J55 steel.The Cr-Al steel had the minimum corrosion current density and corrosion rate.Moreover,the corrosion product film resistance of the three kinds of low alloy steels tended to increase significantly with extending time;the Cr-Al steel exhibited the maximum corrosion product film resistance,and J55 steel had the minimum corrosion product film resistance.Meanwhile,relevant polarization resistance also varied in similar sequence.
