摘  要:如何满足预定寿命的要求是锻压机床轻量化设计需要解决的难点问题。针对冷镦机床身的材料、结构和工况特点,分析了冷镦机床身疲劳寿命的计算方法,提出了疲劳寿命约束下冷镦机床身的拓扑优化算法和过程。并以某型号冷镦机床身为例,运用ABAQUS有限元和Fe-safe疲劳寿命分析软件,实现了疲劳寿命作用下床身的拓扑优化迭代过程,验证了所提出的算法,有效地将疲劳寿命与拓扑优化以及再设计环节予以结合,从而同时满足床身轻量化和预定寿命的要求。One of the difficult problems to be solved in lightweight design for forging machine is how to satisfy the requirement of intended life. Considering the feature of working condition,material and structure of heading machine bed,the calculation method of the bed's fatigue life was analyzed,and the algorithm and process of topology optimization were put forward under fatigue life constraint. In addition,a type of heading machine bed was taken as an example to realize the iteration process of topology optimization under the bed's fatigue life constraint and testify the proposed algorithm,which could effectively integrate bed's fatigue life with its topology opti-mization and redesign so as to meet the requirements of both light weight and intended life.
