摘　　要：以HCC1000数控高压清洗机为例,分析高压水去毛刺的关键参数及其互相影响规律,包括清洗速度、打击力、流量等。合理选择参数既有利于节省能源又能获得满意的清洗效果,提高高压水去毛刺装备的性能。Taking HCC1000 numerical control （NC） high pressure cleaning machine as example,the key parameters of high pressure water deburring and their mutual influence rules were analyzed,including the cleaning speed,strike force and flow rate,and etc. Reasonable parameters Selection is in favor of energy saving and satisfactory cleaning effect,and improves the performance of high pressure water deburring equipment.
