摘 要:以实现汽车制动凸轮轴类零件高效生产为目标,研究制动凸轮轴凸轮轮廓的精度及技术要求,提出了以C8051F020单片机为核心的制动凸轮轴类零件的凸轮轮廓铣削的实现方法。该数控系统以计算机为上位机实现人机交互界面设计、通过时间分割法粗插补运算将轮廓分割成以坐标表示的直线段。下位机对上位机产生的直线段进行逐点比较法精插补运算,同时下位机接收上位机的控制信号进行相应的命令。对设计的主动凸轮轴数控系统的实验测试表明:此数控系统性能稳定,加工效率和加工质量均能够满足汽车制动凸轮轴的生产要求,可以在实际生产中推广使用。In order to realize high-efficient production of brake camshaft,the contour accuracy and technical requirements were studied,the milling method for the cam profile of the brake camshaft based on C8051F020 was proposed. In the CNC system upper computer,human-computer interaction was achieved,and time-division-coarse-interpolation was used to separate the cam contour into tiny line segments which were expressed in coordinates. In the MCU,fine interpolation arithmetic was done for line segments generated by the PC,at the same time,the control signals were received and then corresponding commands were executed. Experimental tests show that the numerical control system performance is stable,and the machining efficiency and machining quality can meet the produc-tion requirement. Therefore the brake camshaft milling CNC system can be used widely in the practical production.
