摘 要:为了有效地生产出高精度、高品质铸件,提高浇注机的自动化程度是有效途径之一。针对常州某一半自动倾转式浇注机生产厂家的需求,采用光电编码器、热电偶等传感技术,通过工业可编程序控制器(PLC)数字化平台,利用触摸屏人机互动,采用先进的模糊PID控制技术,实现了浇注机的自动控制。该系统能根据产品生产工艺的不同要求进行6级倾转速度变换,并能可靠地进行浇注机的工作状态监控以及配套的铝水装置的恒温控制。通过运行证明:该监控系统安全可靠,完全满足客户的要求,改善了原有的手动浇注机的性能。In order to produce some higher accuracy and quality castings,one of the efficient measures is to improve the automat-ic level of the pouring machine. An auto monitoring system was developed aiming at the requirements of pouring machine manufacture in Changzhou. This system was composed of PLC,touch screen and some sensors. The PLC was used as the controller,which re-ceived the sensor's signals and output the control signals to realize the pouring machine's auto control. The touch screen was used as the monitor equipment,which could be used to set some different technological parameters such as tilting speed,pouring time and us-er permissions etc. In this system,not only the advanced measurement technology was used,but also the advanced control technology such as fuzzy PID was applied in the constant temperature control of the aluminium equipment. By running,it is shown that the system is very safe and reliable,and it has realized the control demands of the pouring machine and improves the existing performance of man-ual pouring machine.
