摘　　要：体外心脏工作模型在心血管疾病的精确诊断以及药物和非药物治疗可视化评价中具有重要作用,已成为具有较高基础研究和临床实用价值的重要可视化技术平台。现将综述大型哺乳动物体外心脏灌注模型在心血管疾病诊疗中的可视化应用及发展前景。The isolated working-heart model has played an important role in the accurate diagnosis of cardiac disease and visualized e- valuation of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical therapy. This is a critical platform in medical research and clinical application. The pro- gress and application of the large mammals＇ isolated working-heart model for the visualization of cardiac disease theranostic has been re- viewed.
