摘 要:开发了基于MR01型磁阻式传感器的钢丝绳弱磁探伤装置,设计了激磁与检测的一体化检测系统,实现了检测仪器的轻量化设计;采用虚拟仪器技术开发的集数据采集、读取、分析于一体的操作界面,既能实现测试信号的实时观察,也能实现离线分析;在数据处理中采用了多层小波分解技术,实现了信号的重构,有效提高了信噪比;采用幅值超门限算法实现了对缺陷段数据点数的提取;程序中融合了钢丝绳的报废准则,可自动生成检测报告,对钢丝绳缺陷作出定量分析,给出探伤结论,实现了钢丝绳缺陷的快速诊断。Based on MR01 type magnetic resistance sensor, a wire rope weak magnetic detection device was developed. The ex- citation and detection integration system was designed to realize the lightweight design of measuring equipments. Using the interface developing by virtual instrument technology that has the function of data collection, analysis and comprehensive can not only realize the test signal real-time observation,but also achieve offline analysis. Multi-layer wavelet decomposition technology adopted in data processing realized signal reconstruction effectively, thus improving the SNR. In order to achieve the extraction of data points in the defects, an algorithm was used to find the amplitude. Wire rope scrapping rules were written to the program. A test report can be generated automatically, the quantitative analysis of steel wire rope defects was made, inspection conclusion was given and rapid di- agnosis of wire rope was realized.
