摘 要:开发了基于ARM的多功能新型智能称重仪系统,提出了一种改善系统性能、提高测量精度的补偿方法。称重仪以嵌入式计算机为核心,利用FPGA强大的逻辑处理,USB接口数据通信功能与PC机相连,构成了主机/从机系统,通过在串联补偿环节对传感器进行动态补偿,解决系统时变非线性强、传感器动态品质差,缩短整个测量系统到达稳态的时间。试验结果表明:该系统适合快速测量的要求,有效地提高了精度和可靠性。A new intellectual weighing instrument system embedded muhifunctional based on ARM was developed, and we pro- posed a compensation method to improve the performance and accuracy of the system. Weighing instrument based on embedded computer as the core used the logic processing of the powerful FPGA and was connected to USB interface data communication func- tion and the PC machine. A host/slave system was therefore set up. Through compensating dynamically in the series compensation, the problems of strong time-varying nonlinear of the system and poor dynamic performance of sensor were solved and the time to reach the steady state for the whole measurement system was reduced. Results show that the system is suitable for the requirement of fast measurements and effectively improves the accuracy and reliability.
