摘 要:采用传统陶瓷工艺制备了NiCuZn铁氧体材料,研究了添加Bi2O3、玻璃对NiCuZn铁氧体材料的磁导率及其温度稳定性和居里温度的影响。研究表明,单独添加Bi2O3时,随着Bi2O3添加量的增加,磁导率先升后降,磁导率的温度系数αμ呈负值且绝对值增大,居里温度TC几乎不变;复合添加等量Bi2O3和玻璃时,磁导率下降,随温度的变化不明显,居里温度TC随添加量增大而先升后降,但添加后的TC均高于不添加的。适量添加Bi2O3、玻璃可以改善材料的温度稳定性。Using high purity raw material, NiCuZn ferrites were prepared by conventional ceramics process. Effects of adding Bi2O3 and glass on permeability and its temperature dependence and Curie temperature were investigated. For only adding Bi2O3, it is found that with increasing Bi2O3, the permeability increases first and then decreases, and the temperature coefficient αμchangs from positive to negative and its absolute value enlarged, Curie temperature TC was almost the same. For adding both Bi2O3 and glass, the permeability declines, and its temperature dependence was not obvious;Curie temperature TC increases first and then decreases with increasing addition amount. An optimal amount of Bi2O3 and glass can benefit to increase the temperature stability, and adjust Curie temperature.
