摘　　要：通过对校友文化的核心内容、校友文化对大学生就业的促进作用、校友文化与大学生就业的搭建机制三个方面进行理论研究和实践探索,提出高校校友文化建设有利于促进大学生就业、提高高校教学水平和人才培养质量,有利于增强高校服务社会的能力,有利于发挥高校文化传承与创新的引领作用。It mainly talks about the alumni culture on employment of the theory and practice from following three aspects： the core content of alumni culture, alumni culture function of promoting graduate employment and the building mechanism of alumni culture with universitives student employment .It proposed the alumni culture construction has the great significance on promoting the graduate employment and teaching reform quality of the higher education, enhancing the student＇s ability to serve society and giving the full action on the universities cultural heritage and innovation.
