摘　　要：提高毕业生的就业能力是工业设计教育领域亟待解决的问题之一。针对国内设计类人才供需矛盾的困境,在走访调研美国多所知名大学的基础上,研究了美国工业设计教育中的学生就业能力提升的教学策略,并从基础项目夯实学生的专业知识;校企合作项目全面提升学生的设计技能;跨专业组合团队项目,整体提升学生的职业素养等方面论述了美国典型高校工业设计专业学生就业能力提升方法,以期为我国工业设计专业教育改革提供参考,提升国内设计类专业毕业生的就业能力。To improve students＇ employability is one of the problem needs to solve in the field of industrial design education training. In view of the plight about the contradiction between supplies and demands of the domestic design talents and based on the visiting well-known industrial design universities in the United States, this research analyzed the industrial design teaching strategy for promoting the Employability of Industrial Design Students, and discussed the teaching methods on enhancing the design knowledge by basic projects, promoting design skill from cooperation projects between university and enterprise, cultivating professional quality from teamwork projects. It will affect the education reform of China＇s industrial design.
